Mestro SRL — SMS Program & Privacy Notice
Operated for our client Emphyo, a paid-advertising agency for private healthcare practices.
What we do
Mestro SRL provides business software and outreach services. On behalf of our client Emphyo, we speak with the owners and staff of dental and orthodontic practices by phone to discuss paid advertising services (Meta Ads and TikTok Ads). We do not sell contact lists, and we do not run unsolicited bulk messaging campaigns to consumers.
How someone joins our SMS program
We only text a business after we have first spoken with someone there by phone. During that call, if the person agrees to receive a text message (for example, a scheduling link or a confirmation of an appointment), we ask: "Would you like us to text you a link so we can set that up? Message and data rates may apply, and we won't share your number with anyone else for marketing."
If they agree, we send one confirmation text asking them to reply YES to confirm they want to receive that message. Only after that reply do we send the scheduling link or appointment confirmation. Anyone can reply STOP at any time to stop all messages, or HELP for assistance.
Message types
- A link to book a short call, sent after a phone conversation where the recipient agreed to receive it.
- A confirmation of a scheduled appointment time.
Message frequency: no more than a few messages per contact, tied to an actual phone call or booking. No recurring or automated marketing blasts.
Your privacy
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We do not share your opt-in to this SMS program with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the service of that program (scheduling and appointment confirmations). Information collected (name, phone number, and — if you book a call — your email) is used only to contact you about the service you requested and is not used for any other purpose.
