Emphyo — SMS Program & Privacy Notice

Emphyo is a brand of Marketing All Day Long SRL, Str. Episcop Dr. Vasile Coman, Nr. 3, Bl. 2, Sc. A+B, Ap. B3, Mun. Oradea, Jud. Bihor, Romania (CUI 51255343), phone +40 771 449 726.

What we do

Emphyo (Marketing All Day Long SRL) is a paid-advertising agency for private dental and orthodontic practices. We speak with the owners and staff of these practices by phone to discuss paid advertising services (Meta Ads and TikTok Ads). We do not sell contact lists, and we do not run unsolicited bulk messaging campaigns to consumers.

How someone joins our SMS program

We only text a business after we have first spoken with someone there by phone, and only after they gave verbal consent on that call. During the call, our caller reads this exact line: "Would you like us to text you a link so we can set up a short call? Message and data rates may apply, and we will not share your number with anyone else for marketing." The recipient must say yes out loud before any text is sent — nothing is texted automatically or without that spoken agreement.

If they agree, the first text we send is only a confirmation request, not the link itself: "Emphyo: Thanks for the chat, [name]. Reply YES to get a text with a scheduling link for [practice]. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Only after that person replies YES do we send a second text with the scheduling link or appointment confirmation. Anyone can reply STOP at any time to stop all messages, or HELP for assistance (we reply with: "Emphyo: Please reach out to us at office@emphyo.ro for help.").

Message types

• A link to book a short call, sent after a phone conversation where the recipient agreed to receive it.
• A confirmation of a scheduled appointment time.

Message frequency: no more than a few messages per contact, tied to an actual phone call or booking. No recurring or automated marketing blasts.

Your privacy

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We do not share your opt-in to this SMS program with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the service of that program (scheduling and appointment confirmations). Information collected (name, phone number, and — if you book a call — your email) is used only to contact you about the service you requested and is not used for any other purpose.
